Registration

Registration is available on-line through the National Science Bowl's secure website, https://science.osti.gov/wdts/nsb/Regional-Competitions/High-School-Regionals/LA_Louisiana-Regional-High-School-Science-Bowl

The competition is limited to 18 teams. Up to 2 teams per school may register. Teams will be accepted in order of their registration dates, with first teams preferred over second teams, and second teams preferred over third teams. This allows greater opportunity for more schools to participate.

The parental consent and medical release forms are not required at Regionals; however, these forms must be completed to compete at the National Level.

2022 NSB Participants at the National Finals in Washington, DC
As of October 1, 2021, the following will be required for all students, coaches, staff, and volunteers attending the 2022 National Finals:
• DOE will require proof of COVID vaccination (for those eligible) or a negative COVID test dated April 26, 2022, or later.
• For those not vaccinated (including middle school students who may not be eligible for the vaccine), each individual will be tested daily during the event: April 28 – May 2, 2022.

Please ensure that each student and their parent/guardian is aware of this requirement BEFORE you register the student on the team.
